2020 Virtual ESMO Review
The 2020 Virtual ESMO Review will be a condensed review of the global meeting held earlier in October and will give healthcare providers the opportunity to learn about the latest advances in oncology and translate science into better patient care. This meeting will facilitate the exchange and debate of translational cancer science in a virtual format.
Examine scientific advances that further enhance knowledge of cancer biology and pathogenesis; Implement clinical and scientific strategies designed to improve the quality of cancer care, as appropriate
Review recent and emerging data from key studies in clinical cancer research; Effectively communicate with colleagues and with patients regarding advances in clinical oncology science
Evaluate the role of new diagnostic techniques and therapeutic approaches as applied to the care and management of people with cancer; Identify and utilize tools for cancer risk assessment and risk reduction based on the best available evidence
